To do well in any subject you must be able to think correctly! Thinking skills are something you can learn and develop. Ask yourself questions as you read your textbooks and notes. Talk to other students whom you notice have good thinking skills. You can also sharpen your thinking skills by taking IQ tests available in books or the Internet, or playing games that require thinking such as word games.

UUM Receives Almost 5,000 Students For 2017/2018 Academic Year

SINTOK, Sept 5 (Bernama) -- A total of 4,957 new students including 511 international students registered for degree and dual degree courses at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) for the 2017/2018 academic session which began today.

UUM deputy vice-chancellor (Student and Alumni Affairs) Prof Dr Abdul Malek Abdul Karim told a press conference here that of the number, 3,656 were female students.

He said the university's total enrolment as at Aug 30 was 28,025 students and it was friendly to differently-abled students as well.
