To do well in any subject you must be able to think correctly! Thinking skills are something you can learn and develop. Ask yourself questions as you read your textbooks and notes. Talk to other students whom you notice have good thinking skills. You can also sharpen your thinking skills by taking IQ tests available in books or the Internet, or playing games that require thinking such as word games.

Two Sarawak Schools Remain Closed Due To Floods

MIRI, Jan 5 (Bernama) -- Another school in Sarawak had to close today because of floods.

Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Long Lenei here closed early today after floodwaters started rising following heavy rain since 4 pm yesterday till late at night, according to the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee.

It said in a statement that SK Long Lenei had 44 pupils, 11 teachers and eight administrative staff.

"All pupils staying at the school hostel have returned to their homes," it added.

SK Long Lenei is the second school in Sarawak that was closed today.

SK Uma Sambop in Belaga, Kapit, had not opened so far for the new school year due to floods and post-flood cleaning work. It has 158 pupils, 15 teachers and nine administrative staff.
